Your Turbo 4 device model can be located on a sticker on either the bottom or side of your device
The naming convention is as follows
i.e DVR-K51_-ML_STD_V4.20.000_Build_181107.zip
K51 = FW category
ML_STD = multilanguage standard
V.4.20.00 = Version of FW file
Build_181107 = Build number
The FW categories are:

52  IVMS-4200 forces me to use the newer web frontend based remote configuration can this be changed?
If you hold "ctrl" on your keyboard when clicking "Remote Configuration" it will load the traditional menu that uses port 8000 and doesn’t require port 80 to be open to function remotely
53  Ivms-4200 V3 how do I access vehicle search for my ANPR camera
Make sure on installation you tick the "Data retrieval and Statistics" box as this is not selected by default
You can now search for plates via the Data Retrieval tab
54  Will my Nano Beams / Ligo Waves work via the PoE ports on the rear of my NVR
Both will work however they will still require the included PoE injectors to power your wireless device
Ideally the IP address of your wireless devices will want to be in the same range as the PoE (default 192.168.254)
if is a simple 1 IPC over a link back to the recorder, then "plug and play" should work fine
If you have more than 1 IPC to the back of the recorder then each of your IPC's must have their IP address assigned manually to the position on the NVR you want them to appear
55  Things to consider when installing Nano beams / Ligo waves
1, Line of sight is preferable when using these devices, if no line of sight is available the quality in signal strength can differ wildly the lower the signal the lower the bandwidth achievable by each link
2, Output power, if you are using these links over shorter distances i.e 100/200m etc then output power of each side of the device should be reduced to prevent over shooting and incurring interference from other sources, both type of devices have Realtime monitors built in that should help you adjust the power to achieve the best for your install
3, PoE, both Ligo waves and Nano beams use 24v PoE (injectors included) these will not power from a standard PoE switch or the rear of a NVR
4, Firmware, make sure all connected wireless devices are on the same version of the Firmware as this can sometimes cause problems
56  My IPC has poor night time performance
things to check
1, is it a dome camera?, if so then make sure the outer and inner dome lid is free from dirt and grime, this can often build up over time and prevent the IR from working correctly, simply clean both in the inside and outside of the dome lid with a soft lint free cloth and replace if the problem persists contact us
2, is the view overly dark around the outer image? make sure no foreground items are intercepting the IR light this could be a section of wall in view, a bush or tree or the top of a soffit bear in mind these things can be just out of view of the image on some cameras but still effect the IR performance, in this case re angle or move the camera to avoid the reflecting item
57  Can I set a standalone IPC to Time Lapse record?
Yes, on your IPC's web front end goto
Configuration>Storage>Storage Management>HDD Management
change the "Percentage of Picture" to 75 and "Percentage of Record" to 25
Then select your SD card from the list and click "Format"
Once completed goto
Configuration>Storage>Schedule Settings>Capture>Capture Schedule
Fill in the required days of the week for continuous recording
Lastly goto
Configuration>Storage>Schedule Settings>Capture>Capture Parameters
Enable “Timing Snapshot” and set your required snapshot interval
