Returns and refunds policy

If you need to return an item, please follow our straightforward returns process to ensure a quick and efficient resolution:

For faulty Items:

1.      Obtain a Case Number: Before returning any item, you must first contact our Technical Department at 01642 220166 (Option 2) to discuss the issue. Our technical team will assess your situation and determine whether the item is likely faulty.

2.      Issuance of a Returns Number: If it is confirmed that the item may be faulty, you will be issued a returns number to proceed with the return.

Please ensure that you have the case number and returns number when processing your return, as this helps us provide the fastest service possible.

For No Longer Needed Items or Other reasons except faulty items:

Dynamic CCTV Ltd operates a 30 day no quibble guarantee, which is the return of goods from date of invoice. We will issue a full credit, as long as the goods are boxed as sold and in new condition with all leads, connectors, manuals and accessories. If the goods are not in perfect condition a credit will not be given. Carriage will not be credited on 30 day no quibble returns. We will not accept items back that are not required if the purchase date falls outside of the 30 days from invoice period.
