Obtain a Case
Number: Before returning any item, you must first contact our Technical
Department using one of the buttons below to discuss the issue. Our technical
team will assess your situation and determine whether the item is likely
faulty.

Issuance of a
Returns Number: If it is confirmed that the item may be faulty, you will be
issued a returns number to proceed with the return.
Please ensure that you have the case number and returns number when processing your return, as this helps us provide the fastest service possible.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Dynamic CCTV offers a 30-day no quibble return policy from the date of invoice.
Full credit will be issued if goods are returned boxed as sold, in new condition, and include all leads, connectors, manuals, and accessories.
No credit will be given if items are returned incomplete or not in perfect condition.
Carriage costs are non-refundable on all returns.
Returns will not be accepted if the purchase date is beyond 30 days from the invoice.
