2. Eligibility

• The competition is only open to Dynamic CCTV account holders aged 18 years or over. Account holders come through a vetted process, as we are a B2B trader alone. Account holders must login to their trade account to take part.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 1 May 2026 and closes ON 31 May 2026
• Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
• Winning entry to be drawn soon after the world cup final.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must submit their predictions for the following:
  1. The highest scoring nation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup
  2. The total number of yellow and red cards issued during the tournament
  3. The total number of goals scored in the tournament
  4. The Golden Boot winner
  
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

5. Entry Requirements

• Entries must be complete and submitted via the official competition entry method as specified by the Promoter.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or otherwise not received.

6. Winner Selection

• All valid entries will be pooled together.
• Once the 2026 FIFA World Cup has concluded, entries will be assessed based on accuracy of predictions.
• In the event of multiple correct entries, a random draw will be conducted to determine the winner.
• The draw will take place within 14 days of the tournament's conclusion.

7. Prize

• The prize will be available for collection from our trade counter as soon as the winner is announced
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, should stock be unavailable on the items offered.

8. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during this competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
• Data will be used solely for the administration of this competition unless consent is given for marketing purposes.

10. Publicity

• By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition without additional compensation.

11. Liability

• The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
