Tao Wei has joined the business as a shareholder and Managing Director, working alongside the existing leadership team to support the next stage of the company’s development.

Tao brings experience from global technology organisations including IBM, Cisco, and Palantir, where he led teams in the delivery of large-scale information and data platform programmes. His background in operations and digital transformation will support Dynamic CCTV as the company continues to strengthen its internal processes, enhance systems capability, and further improve the service provided to partners and customers.
