The Ajax EN54 FireProtect (Heat) is a wireless heat detector designed to deliver fast, reliable fire detection in compliance with the EN54 European fire safety standard. Compact and stylish, it integrates seamlessly into the Ajax wireless ecosystem to provide dependable protection for both residential and commercial properties.Two built-in thermistors detect a rapid temperature rise or when the temperature exceeds the threshold value. The thermistors trigger an alarm when a rapid temperature rise or static temperature is detected. The threshold temperature, temperature rise rate, and the response time at which the detector raises an alarm depend on the detector settings and comply with the requirements of the EN 54-5 standard.
