Job Title: External Business Development Manager
Location: Head office is based in Middlesbrough.
Department/ Team: Sales
Dynamic CCTV is looking for 2 business development managers one in each of the following regions:
- Scotland
- South Wales/South West
Job Purpose:
You will work primarily on the road and be responsible for planning and organising your day-to-day activities which will include managing and retaining existing key accounts; generating, developing and following up on new customer accounts and business opportunities; responding to leads or enquiries from the internal sales team and providing product information at company events exhibitions and roadshows.
The goal is drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Main Duties/
Responsibilities:
- A key focus on retention and management of key accounts;
- Identifying new business opportunities- including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and products;
- Seek out appropriate contacts in an organisation;
- Planning and preparing presentations;
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients;
- Generate leads and prospective customers and follow up on those accounts;
- Meet with customers/ clients face to face and over the phone;
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively;
- Respond to leads or enquiries from the internal sales team;
- Provide product information at company events, exhibitions and roadshows;
- Liaise with the finance team and internal sales department as appropriate;
- Effectively plan day to day activities;
- Writing reports- weekly summary, Business Plan and territory reviews;
- Build and develop relationships with suppliers’ external sales team; and
- Database management.
Role Requirements:
- Tenacity and drive to: retain existing customers; seek new business and meet or exceed targets;
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally;
- Good IT skills;

- Ability to work on own initiative with input when required from the line manager;
- Good decision-making skills;
- Excellent organisational skills/ time management/ planning;
- Good networking skills;
- Ability to think strategically;
- Ability to analyse sales figures and write reports;
- A full UK driving licence; and
- Ability to work with CRM and Pan intelligence packages.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager
Department/ Team: Sales
Job Purpose: To sell the company’s products as well as striving to maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Main Duties/
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person (at the counter) and via telephone calls and emails.
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
- Learn and sell company products.
- Assist customers with the specification of jobs.
- Gather market and customer information.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
- Check the quantities of goods in stock.
- Make accurate, quick cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Record sales and order information.
- Attend team meetings, training, and share best practice with colleagues.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills- excellent spoken and written communication with fluency across a range of media.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge and experience of accounting software.

Job Title: IT Manager
Business/ Location: Dynamic CCTV Ltd, 9B/9C Bowes Road, Middlesbrough, TS2 1LU
Department/ Team: IT
Job Purpose: To manage the IT hardware, processes, and software at Dynamic CCTV Limited, whilst also providing IT support to company staff. The IT Manager will be responsible for IT function of the entire company, utilising internal and external IT resources to maximise operational performance.
Main Duties/
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Supervising daily operations of network and infrastructure.
- Aligning infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals, including the migration to new systems.
- Providing IT support to staff.
- Windows server/ active directory maintenance and support.
- Sophos UTM management and configuration.
- Ensuring IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws and regulations.
- Overseeing and maintaining the Cloud Voice Phone System.
- Providing software support.
- Overseeing GDPR compliance.
- Managing IT policies and procedures
- Building and maintaining IT backup and recovery plans.
- IT asset procurement and management.
Role Requirements:
- Experience of Windows Server/Azure AD, Exchange 365 and Office 365 Admin.
- University level Education in relevant fields
- Experience in IT management.
- Accuracy and a close attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementing new systems and system improvements.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
