Job Summary:

This role is a main point of contact to our customers providing IT Support, including trouble shooting and error identification over the phone and via email as well as providing network advice.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Problem solving skills, and remaining calm under pressure
• An interest in electronic principles, IP Networking and computing and a drive to keep up to date with technical advancements
• Training is provided but your desire to learn and further your knowledge is essential
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A natural team player and good communicator who can take decisive actions where needed
• Working with customers to be able to identify issues and find resolutions


• Customer service management desirable
• Previous experience would be advantageous
• Industry knowledge is not essential
